Detailed Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SCCM L3 Support Engineer to provide advanced support and management for SCCM infrastructure and deployments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SCCM architecture, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to design, implement, and optimize SCCM solutions to meet business requirements. This role requires hands-on experience in device management, patching, and automation opportunities to enhance IT efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for SCCM infrastructure and deployments.
  • Design, implement, and maintain SCCM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Deploy and manage SCCM components including site servers, distribution points, and management points.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot SCCM site components and related services.
  • Represent the team in customer and internal stakeholder meetings.
  • Assign tasks and guide junior resources to ensure work completion and adherence to best practices.
  • Explore and implement automation and continuous improvement opportunities in SCCM processes.
  • Stay current with the latest EUC (End User Computing) technologies and industry trends.
  • Provide device management and patching support through SCCM.
  • Solve complex SCCM issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
 
Mandatory Skills:
  • Very deep understanding of SCCM concepts and architecture.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in SCCM infrastructure and deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with SCCM device management and patching.
  • Ability to provide L3 support for SCCM-related incidents and tasks.

Desired / Secondary Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior resources.
