Key Responsibilities: • Provide daily technical support to staff and students. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. • Maintain and deploy computers and related equipment. • Assist with network monitoring and basic troubleshooting. • Install and update software applications. • Support classroom and instructional technology. • Maintain documentation and inventory. • Follow technology security best practices.
Qualifications: • Associates degree in IT or related field (bachelors preferred). • 1-3 years technical support experience or equivalent. • Windows OS and basic networking knowledge. • Strong communication and customer-service skills. • Ability to lift and move equipment.
