The Technology Business Liaison serves as the strategic bridge between Terros Health's clinical, operational, and administrative teams and the IT organization. This role ensures that technology solutions align with business needs, support integrated care delivery, and advance organizational priorities. The Technology Business Liaison gathers business requirements, translates business requirements into actionable IT work, improves communication flow, and helps leaders make informed decisions about systems, data, and digital workflows. This role is critical to improving speed, clarity, and alignment across the agency ensuring that IT delivers solutions with measurable impact.

Bilingual pay differential
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in business analysis, IT liaison work, project coordination, or healthcare operations
Strong understanding of clinical or operational workflows in healthcare or behavioral health settings.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship‑building skills
Must have a valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with a minimum of 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy
Must successfully pass a TB screening and criminal background check
