What's the Job?

• Lead day-to-day operational routines to ensure smooth support functions across multiple portfolios.
• Support the development and maturation of execution playbooks, driving portfolio outcomes from intake to stabilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Design and enforce standards that improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness at scale.
• Prepare executive-ready materials, dashboards, and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in program or portfolio execution within complex, matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams and realize operational benefits.
• Strong governance design, re-planning expertise, and capacity management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in KPI/OKR metrics and dashboard creation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and synthesizing complex information clearly.
