The Campbellsport School District is seeking a full-time Technology Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.
The Middle-High School Technology Education Department consists of two (2) teachers and many of the classes with the department are Transcripted credit offerings in partnership with Moraine Park Technical College. The anticipated courses for this position include woods, metals and manufacturing. The Campbellsport School District has new areas dedicated to innovative teaching for technology education.
Interested candidates must hold a valid Technology Education License (1220), or have the ability to obtain it. The District is also willing to work with a candidate that has industry experience in small engines, auto mechanics, welding and woodworking skills to obtain a DPI Trade Specialist Permit for these classes.
This position requires a dynamic teacher with the ability to develop positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide students with rigorous and high-quality learning experiences in CTE areas such as Metals, Small Engines/Automotive Mechanics, Woodworking and Machine Tools.
The ability to use data to drive instructional decisions and collaborate with colleagues is an essential skill for this position. Candidates must be willing to collaborate with businesses, career, and technical partners. Candidates should be proactive and passionate in their work with teens using a hands-on learning approach that encourages students to imagine, create and learn through the process of manufacturing, testing, and demonstrating their ideas.
