Job description:
Focus on managing, configuring, and maintaining IBM s enterprise content management and report management systems.
System administration: Install, upgrade, and maintain CMOD hardware, software, and networking components.
Configuration management: Define and label storage volumes, storage sets, and storage nodes; configure system printers and reports.
User and group management: Create, assign, and manage CMOD groups and users; ensure client software is installed and operational.
Performance monitoring: Track database, cache, and archive storage usage; schedule maintenance jobs for these components.
Backup and recovery: Manage backup and recovery processes for critical data.
Collaboration: Work with users to determine report indexing and retrieval needs; load reports into the system.e
