The Technology & Innovation Program Manager leads PBK's portfolio of Architecture/Engineering and corporate automation, AI, and innovation platform initiatives. This role is responsible for intake, prioritization, planning, delivery governance, and execution across a small agile team and internal/external consultants. The Technology & Innovation Program Manager partners with Architecture, Engineering, IT, Data, Security, and business leaders to deliver technology solutions that improve workflows, increase efficiency, support adoption, and produce measurable business outcomes.

The expected pay range for this position, based on experience, skills, and knowledge applicable to the role is $125,000 to $155,000.
