About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Integrity Master to lead risk management, technology maturity assessment, and knowledge management activities across our New Product Introduction (NPI) process. This role serves as the technical authority for ensuring product integrity, balancing innovation and business objectives with robust risk identification, mitigation, and validation practices.
The Technology Integrity Master will provide end-to-end leadership of NPI Phase 1-6 risk management activities, approve technology maturity and phase exit readiness, and drive continuous improvement of engineering standards and knowledge-sharing practices. This position plays a critical role in enabling successful product launches while ensuring technical excellence and customer confidence.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience working with electrical products in automotive or industrial environments.
Strong technical expertise in:
Electrical motors
Power electronics/controllers
Associated software systems
Demonstrated experience leading technical risk management and product validation activities.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience utilizing structured methodologies such as 8D.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean Expert, or similar continuous improvement certification.
Deep knowledge of reliability and quality tools, including:
Quality Function Deployment (QFD)
Failure Analysis
Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
P-Diagrams
Duty Cycle Analysis
Validation Planning
Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
Knowledge of electric boosting, electrification, fuel cell, or advanced propulsion technologies.

The salary range for this role is between $124K and $201K.
In addition to the annual base salary this role offers the below:
