Detailed Job Description:

As a Technology Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and troubleshooting of complex IT systems using Java technologies and modern frameworks. This position requires strong experience in developing enterprise-grade applications with Java 8 and above, Spring Boot, Microservices, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to develop scalable and efficient IT systems.
  • Work with Java stack to design object-oriented solutions, handle complex system triaging, and maintain high-quality code.
  • Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate them with microservices-based systems.
  • Leverage AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, DMS, Lambda, Cognito, VPC, IAM, SQS, SNS, etc.) for cloud-based solutions, including data migration from On-Prem to Cloud (e.g., Aurora MySQL).
  • Use AWS Glue and Kafka for streamlining data integration and processing (optional).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively contribute to the CI/CD pipeline for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Participate in code reviews, offer guidance to junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in defect fixes and optimize existing system performance.
  • Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing, debugging, and code reviews.
  • Contribute to the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native applications.

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • 8-10 years in Java development and related technologies.

Certifications Needed:

  • None required, but certifications in AWS or related cloud technologies are a plus.

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Address and resolve defects and system issues.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are met.
