" Owns incidents, service requests, problems, and changes across platforms
" Ensures SLA adherence (MTTR, availability, job success rates)
" Coordinates across EDWH, BI, Databricks, and platform teams
" Drives operational stability, backlog management, and root cause fixes
" Oversees runbooks, SOPs, and operational readiness
" Reports operational metrics and trends to leadership
