The primary objective of this role is to lead application system design, development, and programming initiatives,
ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive full-stack development and system design,
Provide technical leadership and mentor team members,
Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices and Manage CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery.

Required Skills:
8+ years in Java (latest versions), Microservices & Spring Boot APIs,
Expertise: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, Kafka, Snowflake,
Azure/AWS, Strong in Agile (XP), TDD, Pair Programming,
Hands-on with System Analysis, Dev lifecycle, CI/CD
