Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations of Airflow/NiFi/Qlik workflows ensuring high availability and SLA adherence
Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of production issues
Oversee job monitoring, failure handling, and performance optimization of data pipelines
Manage code deployments, migrations, and environment stability across platforms
Coordinate with development, DBA, and platform teams for seamless issue resolution and RCA.
Track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, automation and drive operational excellence initiatives
Key Skills:
Strong experience in data operations (Airflow, NiFi, ETL pipelines)
Proven leadership in managing production support teams
Incident/problem management and stakeholder coordination
Knowledge of AWS, SQL, Unix, Python
