Complete job description -
Operate and support AWS infrastructure across a multi-account environment, covering EC2, VPC networking, IAM and AWS SSO roles, IRSA, Route 53, KMS, and S3, with a focus on reliability and operational clarity

Contribute to and evolve our Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code, working confidently in shared, modular repositories and the production modules used across the organization

Support and maintain our EKS/Kubernetes platform, including node provisioning and lifecycle (Karpenter), cluster upgrades, service-mesh traffic rules (Istio), and GitOps-based deployments through ArgoCD and Helm

Support the build and deployment pipelines application teams depend on, spanning GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, CircleCI, and Octopus Deploy

Work across VPC networking, DNS, routing, NACLs, load balancing, and WAF (Imperva primary) to support application traffic and secure access patterns

Service application-team requests end to end, including new accounts via Account Factory for Terraform (AFT), access and IAM changes, networking and connectivity, and DNS

Build and maintain automation in Python and Bash (and PowerShell where Windows workloads call for it) to streamline provisioning, configuration, and recurring operational tasks

Use our observability stack (Dynatrace, Observe, and Amazon CloudWatch) to triage incidents, trace service health and dependencies, and instrument logging and telemetry across new and existing workloads

Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate troubleshooting, draft and improve runbooks, and reduce repetitive operational overhead, with a practical focus on where AI adds real value in day-to-day infrastructure work

Execute changes through our ServiceNow change-management process, including CAB review for significant changes, and participate in the support and on-call rotation

Leave the platform better documented than you found it, closing runbook gaps as you work

What you ll bring

We need someone who can be productive quickly with limited ramp time. Strong, broad infrastructure foundations matter more here than deep specialization in any single tool.

Required experience:

Strong, hands-on AWS experience in a multi-account environment, spanning compute, VPC networking, IAM and SSO, and DNS

Practical Terraform and IaC experience, including contributing to shared, production repositories rather than greenfield-only work

Experience supporting Kubernetes/EKS or comparable container platforms in production

Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD tooling such as ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar

Solid networking fundamentals across VPC, routing, NACLs, DNS, and load balancing, plus familiarity with WAF and traffic management concepts (Imperva a strong plus)

Scripting fluency in Python and Bash for tooling, bootstrap automation, and operational workflows

Comfort operating in production with shared ownership, formal change management, and on-call responsibility

A self-directed working style, able to take an under-specified request, chase down the missing details, and deliver without hand-holding

Strong cross-team communication, with a consultative approach to supporting application, security, and network teams

Comfort using AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to ramp on unfamiliar systems, write scripts, and diagnose issues

Interview mode - In person/Virtual - Virtual
How many rounds of interview - 2
