    Description: Senior Cloud Platform Engineer / SRE
    Webex Central Operations Engineering
    We are seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer / SRE for Webex Central Operations Engineering. This
    person will design, operate, automate, and support AWS-based cloud platforms running Kubernetes/EKS in
    regulated FedRAMP High / IL-5 environments.
    Eligibility
    - U.S. citizenship required due to FedRAMP High / IL-5 environment access requirements.
    - Candidate must be able to perform restricted work while physically located on U.S. soil.
    Must-Have Skills
    - 5+ years in cloud engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
    - Strong AWS experience, ideally including EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, and/or
    AWS GovCloud.
    - Hands-on Kubernetes operations experience, including cluster upgrades, maintenance,
    troubleshooting, and production support.
    - Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
    - CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Harness, Argo CD, GitOps, or similar tools.
    - Container experience with Docker.
    - Production incident response and on-call support experience.
    - Strong scripting or software engineering ability, preferably Python, Bash, or similar.
    Preferred
    - FedRAMP High, IL-5, GovCloud, or other regulated cloud environment experience.
    - DevSecOps and compliance automation experience.
    - Observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, or similar.
    - Load testing and performance engineering experience.
    - Experience supporting microservices in production.
    - Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
    Primary Responsibilities
    - Operate and improve Kubernetes-based cloud platform services.
    - Perform Kubernetes cluster upgrades, maintenance, and incident remediation.
    - Build automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and recovery.
    - Support CI/CD pipelines and GitOps-based delivery workflows.
    - Partner with Compliance and SecOps teams to meet FedRAMP High / IL-5 requirements.
    - Improve platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational repeatability.
    - Participate in on-call rotation for platform and application services
