1. Engineers with strong cloud engineering and platform automation expertise who can build and operate secure, scalable Azure environments.
2. Strong Microsoft Azure experience.
3. Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
4. Design and operation of cloud-native platforms and services.
5. Experience with cloud security, governance, compliance and operational standards.
6. Monitoring, observability, incident management and performance optimization.
7. Automation of provisioning, deployment and operational processes.
8. Understanding of networking, identity and enterprise cloud architectures.
