Detailed Job Description:
Develop responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars.js for dynamic data rendering.
Create and manage SMS, IVR, and RCS templates using internal tools and Amazon Pinpoint.
Ensure cross client compatibility by testing emails using tools like Email on Acid.
Convert designs from Figma into templates as per project requirements.
Manage work via Jira, track defects in Octane, and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with teams effectively, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills

Minimum years of experience: 6+ years
Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering
