Lead the design and development of scalable React-based web applications
Define and enforce frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices
Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and performance-optimized solutions
Develop complex UI components
Strong experience in AmazonQ, Kiro
Drive adoption of AI/ML capabilities
Explore and implement AI tools and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, copilots, automation tools
Strong ownership and decision-making ability
Work closely with product owners, architects, and client stakeholders
