8-10 years of experience in Java and Core Java technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior work experience in the client's industry

Experience with additional Java frameworks and libraries
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience in leading a team of developers
