Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)

" Top 3 Required skills: Core Java, Springboot, Spring framework

" Years of experience in each of the must-have skills: 5+

" Any Certifications required: NA

Experienced Java developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, multithreading, collections, exception handling, and object-oriented programming principles. Skilled in designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications for enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA, Maven, Gradle, Kafka, and cloud-based deployments. Proficient in database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, with good understanding of SQL optimization and data modeling. Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and deliver efficient solutions. Experienced in integrating third-party services, improving application performance, and writing reusable, maintainable, and clean code following industry best practices.
