Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in a timely manner
Perform system configuration and customization based on business requirements

Assist in building and modifying JavaScript-based client-side customizations
Perform data validation, testing, and deployment support
Document issues, resolutions, and system changes
Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.
