Job Title: Technology Lead – .NET Application Development & Support
Location: Atlanta, GA 30303 (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Experience Required: 8–10+ Years
Pay Rate: $30 - $35

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET Technology Lead with strong expertise in application development and production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. This role requires hands-on development experience, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead technical initiatives while ensuring high application availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.

  • Develop scalable and high-performance solutions using .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.

  • Provide application support, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and support teams to deliver solutions.

  • Participate in application enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimization initiatives.

  • Ensure application reliability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.

  • Support deployment activities and assist in release management processes.

Required Skills

  • 8–10+ years of experience in .NET application development and support.

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • C#

    • .NET Framework

    • .NET Core

    • ASP.NET

    • REST APIs / Web Services

    • SQL Server

  • Experience with application troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience leading development teams or technical initiatives.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure is a plus.
