Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead React JS with exposure to AI-driven applications to join our team in Minnetonka, MN. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React JS development, Agile methodologies, and modern front-end application architecture. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building scalable, high-quality web applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React JS.
  • Contribute to application systems analysis, architecture, and programming activities.
  • Build scalable, reusable, and high-performance front-end components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, QA engineers, and backend developers.
  • Participate in Agile development using Extreme Programming (XP) practices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following industry best practices.
  • Support continuous integration, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal performance.
  • Contribute to the integration of AI-enabled features into front-end applications where applicable.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Required Skills
  • 6+ years of overall experience in software development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React JS.
  • Experience working on AI-enabled applications or integrating AI capabilities into web solutions.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Extreme Programming (XP) methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
