<.>Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in React JS, One App Framework, and Agile methodologies to join a fast-paced Scrum team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business product owners and cross-functional teams to refine user requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality applications.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of development activities including solution design, coding, testing, implementation, and production support. The role requires strong frontend engineering capabilities, collaborative problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience working in Agile environments.

<.>Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine user stories and functional requirements.
  • Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React JS and One App Framework.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and create solution designs aligned with business needs.
  • Develop, test, implement, and support enterprise applications in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Build reusable UI components and ensure responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide implementation and production support.
  • Work closely with QA, DevOps, and backend teams for successful end-to-end delivery.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a Scrum team environment.
