Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead / Senior React.js Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React.js, JavaScript, Java, Python, and AI/ML technologies.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience developing scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using modern React.js frameworks. The candidate should also possess knowledge of backend technologies, RESTful API integrations, and AI/ML development.
This position requires strong technical leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and experience working in Agile environments.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend Development:
Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with React Hooks, component lifecycle, functional components, and React architecture.
Proficiency with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
Strong understanding of responsive web design and reusable UI component development.
Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Babel.
Backend Development & API Integration:
Knowledge of Java and backend application development.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
Understanding of frontend and backend application integration.
Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
AI/ML & Python:
Hands-on experience with Python programming.
Practical exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their integration into software applications.
Ability to collaborate with AI/ML teams on application development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and JavaScript.
Develop reusable, responsive, and high-performance frontend components.
Implement application state management using Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Work with Java and Python-based application components as required.
Contribute to AI/ML-related development and integration activities.
Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure code quality.
Participate in technical discussions, solution design, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams.
Provide technical guidance and support to development team members.
Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
