about this team

The Marketing Activations Team sits within Marketing Technology and is responsible for the program delivery, portfolio orchestration, and operating rhythm that enable execution across lululemon's guest marketing technology ecosystem. As the Technology Manager - Marketing Portfolio Delivery, this role leads the program and project management function for Marketing Technology, partnering closely with the Director of MarTech to drive portfolio delivery, financial planning, resource strategy, and cross-functional execution. This role operates as a chief of staff for the portfolio-bringing structure, rigor, and transparency to delivery while helping the organization scale effectively across priorities, teams, and regions.

  • Partner closely with the Director of MarTech on portfolio operations, including financial planning, budget tracking, investment trade-off discussions, and ongoing alignment between funding, capacity, and delivery commitments.
  • Drive resource planning across the portfolio, balancing demand, team capacity, vendor support, and skill coverage to ensure priorities are staffed appropriately and execution risks are surfaced early.
  • Drive delivery excellence across the portfolio by implementing consistent planning, status reporting, dependency management, and issue escalation practices that improve predictability and execution quality.
  • Identify, track, and manage portfolio-level risks, decisions, and dependencies, ensuring leaders have timely visibility into delivery health, trade-offs, and actions required to keep critical work on track.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across technology, marketing, analytics, finance, and external vendors to drive alignment, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum across complex initiatives.
  • Own the portfolio management cadence, including roadmap reviews, delivery dashboards, leadership updates, and decision forums that support effective governance and executive transparency.
  • Support vendor and partner planning across the portfolio, ensuring external capacity, scope, and delivery expectations are aligned with business priorities and financial constraints.
  • Act as a strategic delivery leader for the portfolio by anticipating constraints, recommending trade-offs, and helping senior leaders make informed decisions on priorities, sequencing, and organizational focus.
