Seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead technology modernization, deployment, and integration initiatives supporting Construction Operations, Shop Fabrication, and Logistics. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver system implementations and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technology projects involving shop fabrication systems (FabPro, Stratus) and logistics platforms, including warehousing, tool crib, and equipment rental.
Define project scope, business cases, ROI, resources, timelines, deliverables, and vendor requirements.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate system deployments, testing, Change Management, training, and transition to support.
Translate business requirements into Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), Technical Design Documents (TDD), and technical specifications.
Partner with IT QA to develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
Provide project status reporting and executive-level communication.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while following PMO best practices.
Qualifications
7+ years of formal project leadership experience, preferably supporting technology transformations in construction, fabrication, logistics, or manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or related field.
PMP preferred; PRINCE2 considered.
Experience with fabrication, warehousing, logistics, MRP, or manufacturing systems. FabPro and Stratus experience is highly relevant.
