Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Product Analyst to drive continuous discovery, business analysis, and solution planning across a portfolio of technology products, applications, and data solutions. This role serves as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, defining requirements, analyzing business processes, and helping shape the roadmap for future enhancements and innovative capabilities.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly analytical, and passionate about understanding business challenges and translating them into practical technology solutions. They will work closely with software engineers, product owners, business leaders, and end users to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and support strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.
Analyze current and future-state business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering teams on solution design, prioritization, backlog management, and sprint planning.
Support product roadmap development by evaluating business value, complexity, and strategic alignment.
Analyze business data and operational metrics to drive recommendations and measure outcomes.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and consensus-building activities.
Monitor solution adoption and help ensure delivered capabilities meet business objectives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and process improvement skills.
Experience documenting business and functional requirements.
Experience creating user stories, workflows, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting software development and engineering teams.
Familiarity with SQL, reporting, and data analysis.
Experience with data platforms, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
Knowledge of Agile product management practices.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar planning and backlog management tools.
Experience supporting enterprise applications and technology portfolios.
Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation, or data-driven initiatives.
