We are currently seeking a "Technology Program Manager " for a Contract role with one of our clients based in Dallas, TX. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Technical background in software engineering, systems architecture, or infrastructure platforms.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe- SPC, RTE, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Skilled in driving program execution through clear milestones, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using program metrics, delivery dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical programs to both engineering teams and executive leadership.
• Hands-on proficiency with core program delivery tools including Jira, Confluence, and Lucid.
• Demonstrated proficiency and daily hands-on use of AI productivity tools to accelerate program delivery, including LLM-based assistants (e.g., Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT) and AI agents embedded in the Atlassian suite (e.g., Atlassian Rovo for Jira/Confluence), as well as Client Copilot.
• Able to apply these tools for automated status and dashboard reporting, backlog and Jira setup automation, meeting/documentation summarization, and AI-assisted risk, dependency, and data analysis.
