Our client is seeking experienced Technology Program Managers / Scrum Masters to support critical wealth platform modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Lead Agile delivery execution across multiple technology initiatives and workstreams
Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination
Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Architecture teams on roadmap execution
Manage RAID logs, delivery risks, dependencies, and escalation activities
Support SDLC, release management, and enterprise governance processes
Deliver executive-level status reporting, KPIs, and program updates
Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, business, and technology stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
Strong experience leading large-scale Agile technology delivery programs
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies
Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and governance activities
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Financial services or wealth management experience strongly preferred
