Summary
The Technology Program Quality Assurance Analyst role executes Quality Assurance related tasks for In-Clinic & Pharmacy Quality Assurance (QA), identifying opportunities to drive improvement, and leveraging technology and digital tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across processes. Working closely under the leadership of the Quality Assurance Supervisor, this role ensures that procedural and operational practices are performed effectively and in compliance with regulatory requirements. By utilizing data systems, automation, and standardized quality platforms, the analyst supports business needs through proactive monitoring, streamlined workflows, and continuous process improvement. This role works closely with and under the leadership of the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure procedural and operational practices are executed consistently and effectively, meeting all regulatory requirements while supporting business needs through proactive, efficient, standardized quality processes.
Responsibilities
Technology & Data Utilization
Quality Operations & Execution
Execute day-to-day Quality Assurance activities to ensure products, suppliers, and processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
Manage and support complaint handling activities, including intake, investigation, documentation, corrective actions, and closure.
Support Nonconformance Event (NCE) and CAPA processes, including initiation, investigation support, follow-up, and documentation.
Consistently execute quality activities related to:
Recall support and documentation
Supplier approval and ongoing monitoring
Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) compliance
In-Clinic new item add approvals
As part of process execution, challenge the process to determine where in the process can be improved to drive efficiency, by leveraging technology/automation.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Sales Positions are eligible for a Variable Incentive.
The pay range for this position is as follows:
$46,400-$61,800
