Job Description
The rate is $80 o $90 per hour
- Lead end-to-end technology delivery for complex financial services initiatives, across Market Risk, Credit Risk, Trading, and related technology environments.
- Drive regulatory transformation programs from requirements through implementation and production, with experience across initiatives such as FRTB, Client 239, SA-CCR, or comparable regulatory mandates.
- Work hands-on with Engineering, QA, and technology partners to coordinate development, testing, releases, and overall SDLC execution.
- Leverage Jira and Confluence extensively to establish project workflows, maintain delivery transparency, build dashboards, and provide meaningful management reporting.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing concise status reporting, proactive risk escalation, and well-structured options for key delivery decisions.
- Apply practical knowledge of risk and trading concepts, including VaR, CVA, and P&L Explain, while maintaining disciplined oversight of RAID logs, dependencies, milestones, and delivery risks.
- Support strong financial governance by monitoring project budgets, tracking actuals versus plan, and communicating financial impacts alongside overall program progress.
