Technology Quality Technician

FieldBridge is looking for a Technology Quality Technician in Rosharon, TX. to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay rate/Schedule:
$22.00–$26.00/hour | 2nd or 3rd Shift (2nd: 3:30 PM–Midnight / 3rd: 11:30 PM–8:00 AM), $2.00 shift differential | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $26/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,625 gross.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is seeking a Technology Quality Technician to support quality control activities at a Building 50 Lab facility in Rosharon, TX. This role combines hands-on inspection and testing work with a strong understanding of quality management systems and their impact on equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect documentation, parts, components, materials, and equipment against specifications using calibrated measurement systems
• Perform manufacturing and engineering tests in compliance with procedures and standard work
• Assist in designing tests and fixtures, including their set-up
• Document inspection and test results, verifying stability over time
• Support continuous improvement using Manufacturing System tools and principles

Required Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or Quality Control/Quality Assurance (industry flexible)
• Ability to read and comprehend standards, procedures, and technical documentation
• Strong math and basic measurement skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Valid driver's license required
• 2–5 years' experience preferred
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational/trade school preferred
