Technology Quality Technician

Pay Rate & Schedule
$21.00–$24.00/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $24.00/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,320.00 gross.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is seeking a detail-oriented Technology Quality Technician to support quality control activities for a leading energy technology client in Sugar Land, TX. This role combines hands-on inspection work with a solid understanding of quality management systems to ensure equipment and systems meet spec.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visual, physical, and mechanical inspections on incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and final products
• Measure product dimensions using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) and record results in the quality database
• Identify, isolate, and report defects or deviations from drawings and specifications
• Perform manufacturing and engineering tests safely and in accordance with standard procedures
• Ensure measurement and testing equipment is calibrated, operating correctly, and maintained

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant quality/mechanical inspection experience
• Ability to read technical drawings and determine inspection points
• Experience with hand tools and gauges
• Programming, CMM, SAP experience, or machining background is a plus
