Technology Renewals SpecialistThe Koch Supplier Strategies team is hiring a Technology Renewals Specialist who will be part of the team supporting our Koch companies in commercial strategy and contract negotiations. In this role, you will develop and lead execution of renewal strategies for the Koch portfolio of companies. By maintaining an accurate pipeline of renewals, you will influence the Koch companies' renewal strategies ensuring they have the right amount of time and information to make optimized renewal decisions.Our TeamOur team serves the family of Koch companies with supplier strategy, contracts and deal negotiations primarily in the technology category. Acting as an extension of our customers' teams, we use a framework-driven approach to understand their needs and deliver timely, profitable results.What You Will DoMaintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline of all upcoming renewals (software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, maintenance contracts, support agreements, etc.)Track key dates and contract terms to avoid service disruptions or unintended renewalsUse CRM tools and renewal-specific dashboards to monitor status and report on progressDevelop trusted supplier and customer relationships, bringing a focused discipline based on sound economic thinkingLead negotiation strategies including commercial terms (pricing, length of term, scope, etc.) that create near and long-term value for KochWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Proven experience accomplishing goals independentlyDemonstrated resourcefulness and ability to push through ambiguity and find answers independentlyExperience communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders and team membersDemonstrated experience being a part of a process improvement and a willingness to challenge the status quoExperience working with detailed, time sensitive tasksWhat Will Put You AheadBackground in accounting, finance, IT, or a related fieldKnowledge of technology renewals managementProficiency using SalesforceFamiliarity with SaaS management software such as ServiceNow Software Asset Management, Zylo, Calero, Torii, etc.Ability to initiate and develop relationships related to technical products and create mutually beneficial partnershipsBenefitsOur goal is for each employee, and their families, to live fulfilling and healthy lives.
