Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Resilience Project Coordinator to support technology resilience, disaster recovery, recovery testing, incident management, and technology program reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience coordinating with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, network, cybersecurity, and operations teams. This role requires strong organizational, communication, reporting, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate technology resilience and disaster recovery initiatives.

Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.

Support disaster recovery and recovery testing activities.

Coordinate technical meetings and follow up on action items.

Support major incident reviews, root cause analysis, and remediation tracking.

Prepare PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and management reports.

Translate technical information into clear, business-focused communication.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Maintain and improve ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and workflows.

Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, network, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

3 5 years of experience in technical project coordination, technology operations, infrastructure support, cloud operations, production support, disaster recovery, application support, or technology program management.

Understanding of servers, databases, networking, storage, cloud, backup/recovery, and enterprise applications.

Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting skills.

Excellent communication, organization, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work effectively with technical teams and senior management.

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow experience.

Technology resilience and Disaster Recovery experience.

Incident and Problem Management knowledge.

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience creating executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports.

Experience with technology risk, recovery testing, or business continuity is a plus.
