Job Description

We are seeking an Technology Risk & Compliance Coordinator / Application Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile tools (Jira), compliance coordination, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to drive on-time completion of risk, security, and policy deliverables across applications.

Responsibilities:

• Foster collaboration between control functions, application owners, development teams, and technology managers.
• Partner with Application Owners to ensure risk, security, and compliance deliverables are completed on time and meet requirements.
• Track and report progress of risk deliverables, including commentary and go-to-green actions, against expected dates.
• Support App Owners with risk and compliance requests received directly outside centralized tools.
• Schedule and lead weekly meetings with App Owners to review upcoming deliverables and priorities.
• Complete administrative and non-technical tasks tied to compliance deliverables and evidence collection.
• Respond to ad hoc inquiries related to supported applications.
• Assist with Business Continuity exercises, documentation, and evidence submission.
• Prepare and submit change management items for GIS verification or downgrade requests using information provided by App Owners or application teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Agile tools, particularly Jira.
• Strong relationship-building, verbal and written communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables with varying timelines and priorities.
• Self-starter with effective multi-tasking capability and follow-through.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to adapt in a changing regulatory environment.
• Calm and effective performance under pressure.

Role Logistics

• Start Month: September.
• Interview Process: Two video interviews. Glider ID verification required.
• Work Model: Hybrid, minimum three days onsite per week.
• Submissions: Maximum three candidates per vendor.
