About the Role
We are partnering with a growing technology consulting and solutions provider known for delivering high-touch, responsive service to clients across multiple industries. This organization specializes in technology consulting, sales, and ongoing support, helping clients build structured plans that align with both immediate needs and long-term objectives.
The Technology Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by expanding into new marketsincluding municipal, government, and small-to-mid-sized businesseswhile continuing to support and grow an established client base. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional with strong technical acumen and a passion for helping organizations implement impactful technology solutions.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while **** maintaining and growing an existing client base across Minnesota. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with internal engineering teams to deliver tailored technology solutions that align with their operational and strategic goals.

  • Manage and expand an existing portfolio of clients while actively prospecting new business opportunities
  • Identify client needs and recommend customized technology solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support implementation of:
    • Data network infrastructure
    • Wireless networks
    • Security systems
    • Voice and phone solutions (including IP-based systems)
  • Drive expansion into municipal, government, and SMB markets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients and support regional initiatives

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within a technical or technology-focused environment
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including data networks and infrastructure
  • Experience or familiarity with IP phone systems and voice solutions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through on sales activities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in technical or solution-based sales
  • Knowledge of wireless networks, security systems, and broader IT infrastructure solutions
  • Experience working with public sector, municipal, or SMB clients
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
