Position SummarySeeking an experienced production services specialist to join our Equities Derivatives & Swaps production services team providing front line technical support to end user requests and issues. Responsibilities include managing application platform monitoring and support, root cause analysis and preventative actions to ensure stability & resiliency across all services. Will lead incident & problem management activities, onboarding applications and effectively communicate to stakeholders for front office trading applications as part of a global production services team.The successful candidate will be one who also embraces innovation and can learn the business and technical components of an application and work with peers to ensure stable release deployments and platform stability. This role will be part of a team in New York, with a wider global team providing production services across core trading & technology locations.Candidate should have good knowledge of the Global Markets technology ecosystem, strong technical skills (e.g. SPLUNK and Dynatrace) as well as Global Markets Equities domain understanding.
