4.Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership. 5.Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
6.Drive program governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
7.Manage budgets, resource allocation, and utilization tracking.
