Must Have Skills

10+ years of progressive experience in product management or product leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations. Demonstrated experience leading product strategy, feature prioritization, and roadmap development for digital or technologyenabled products.
Strong working knowledge of prioritization frameworks such as MoSCoW, WSJF, and other valuebased decision models. Handson experience building and managing product roadmaps using Aha andor similar product management tools.
Proven abil

Nice to have skills

Experience improving consumer, member, patient, or saleschannel experiences through digital or AIenabled products. Background in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries.
Experience driving product strategy in sales, distribution, or channeloriented environments.
