Job Description
The Technology Specialist organizes and installs network services for clients of the Complex, as well as providing technical support for staff. This position will have core afternoon and early evening work hours. Exact shift hours may vary from week to week depending on event needs.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role is organized and self-motivated. This position requires mobility to install network cabling on the floor and in floor boxes, to lift, install, and remove computer and network equipment in offices and server rooms, and to move computer equipment between the supported venues over a four-city-block area.

Typical Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Associates Degree or 2 Years of College in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; 1 to 3 years experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field

Any equivalent combination of training and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted

Work Environment and Physical Effort:

Work is typically performed in an office or similar indoor environment. Employees may occasionally work in an outdoor environment, street environment (near moving traffic), construction site, or in a vehicle.
