This position is available in multiple offices.Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 4 years experience in drafting and negotiating licensing and technology agreements, advising on intellectual property issues, supporting M&A and financing transactions, or supporting transactions involving new technologies such as AI and blockchain.Experience advising start‑ups and emerging companies on development, manufacturing, and product launch issues.Subject matter expertise in enterprise software, cloud services, outsourcing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, financial technologies and payment systems, mobile applications, e‑commerce, interactive entertainment (including games), digital content, and/or hardware.Experience working at an AmLaw 50 law firm.Excellent academic credentials.Benefits Annual discretionary bonus401(k) planMedical, dental, and vision insurancePersonal medical and parental leaveUp to ten paid holidaysFamily care benefitsCompensation Compensation range: $310,000 to $390,000 annually.
