This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional with strong desktop support and audio-visual (AV) experience , supporting day-to-day operations and large-scale office moves and renovations.You will play a key role in ensuring seamless IT functionality, supporting end users, and maintaining conference room and collaboration technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-User & Desktop SupportProvide onsite technical support for Windows and Mac systemsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issuesSupport Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)Manage and resolve tickets using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow)Audio-Visual (AV) & Conference Room SupportSupport and troubleshoot meeting room technologies such as:Microsoft Teams RoomsCrestron systemsPolycom / Cisco conferencing toolsSurface Hub and other collaboration devicesDiagnose and resolve audio, video, and connectivity issuesEnsure meeting rooms are fully functional and ready for useOnsite IT OperationsProvide support during office moves, setups, and relocationsInstall, configure, and troubleshoot printers and hardware devicesPerform asset management (tracking, shipping, receiving equipment)Provide hands-on support such as cable tracing, port checks, and device setupDeliver white-glove/VIP support when requiredRequired QualificationsOnsite IT support / desktop support experience OR relevant degreeStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and AV systemsExperience supporting Windows and Mac environmentsFamiliarity with Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)Hands-on experience with conference room / AV technologiesPreferred SkillsExperience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, or similar AV systemsKnowledge of basic networking (ports, connectivity, cabling)Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing toolsPrior experience supporting office relocations or large IT projectsS oft SkillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong problem-solving abilityOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskTeam player with a proactive mindsetCompany Description About BCforward:Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
