AgTrust Farm Credit is searching for a Technology Support Specialist II to join our growing IT team. In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to employees across the organization, ensuring they have the tools, access, and support needed to do their best work. From troubleshooting issues to setting up new systems to strengthening our infrastructure, you'll be at the heart of it all.
What You'll Do
As a Technology Support Specialist II, you'll take ownership of a wide range of IT support responsibilities, including:
What Makes You a Great Fit
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in technical support, desktop support, or help desk roles
Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
Working knowledge of Active Directory, user account management, and permissions
Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and common business applications
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment
Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle (occasional local travel may be required)
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users
