Position: Part-time Technology Teaching Assistant

Location: E. M. Baker Elementary School

Hours: M - F, 8:45 am - 2:45 pm, 6 hours/day

Effective: 2026 - 2027 School Year

Ten-month position, subject to annual reappointment

Duties:

• Assist in technology classes
• Computer maintenance and troubleshooting
• iPad management
• Maintain and keep records of computer hardware inventory
• Staff development for software and technology skills
• Hardware setup for school events
• Photograph, print, and store photos for school events.

Requirements: Applicant MUST be NYS teacher or teaching assistant certified. Minimum of 60 college credits is highly preferred.

Rate: New applicants: $26.07/hr

Current employees: In accordance with Paraprofessionals Association agreement
