How You Will Make An Impact
- Support transformation initiatives designed to improve technology delivery discipline, reporting consistency, financial visibility, and operating-model effectiveness.
- Evaluate current practices across project management, Jira usage, reporting processes, governance, and data quality.
- Track transformation milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and measurable outcomes.
- Consolidate information from multiple systems and stakeholder groups into concise, actionable presentations and recommendations.
- Reconcile and validate project, portfolio, and financial information across Jira, ServiceNow SPM, Excel, and related reporting sources.
- Develop and maintain trackers, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports used to support decision-making.
- Identify gaps in processes, reporting, and data quality and help implement practical improvements.
- Coordinate communications, training, follow-ups, and change-adoption activities across technology and business stakeholders.
Do you bring proven success in technology transformation, project reporting, and data-driven stakeholder support?
- Bring approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience supporting technology delivery, project operations, PMO functions, enterprise transformation, or similar initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira for project, delivery, backlog, or book-of-work tracking.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookup functions, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to produce concise, executive-ready presentations.
- Experience gathering and synthesizing information from multiple systems, stakeholders, and data sources.
- Strong analytical ability with attention to inconsistencies, reporting gaps, and data-quality issues.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and nontechnical teams.
- Familiarity with technology portfolio management, financial project tracking, book-of-work reporting, or operating-model transformation is highly valuable.
- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is preferred.
- Exposure to Power BI and SQL is beneficial but not required.
- Comfortable operating in a less rigidly defined environment where priorities may span several transformation workstreams.
