Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Proven experience in a high-demand customer service, help desk, or IT support environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and proven capability interacting directly with Senior Leadership.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and a focus on complete follow-through on every request.
• Hands-on work experience, practical adaptability, and a strong work ethic-demonstrated real-world execution is prioritized over certifications.
