Job Summary

HTI is hiring Assembly Operators for Teknor Apex in Fountain Inn, SC. These are temp-to-hire manufacturing positions with consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime.

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Operator, you will:

• Assemble products and components following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Operate basic production and assembly equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area
• Complete other duties as assigned

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift (Monday–Friday) — $16.25/hr

• 6:50 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift (Monday–Friday) — $17.25/hr

• 2:50 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift (Monday–Friday) — $17.25/hr

• 10:50 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and stable work history
• Must be able to understand and respond to visual/audible notifications unless otherwise stated by the client
