Typically, calls will take place between 5:00PM and 8:00PM, Monday through Thursday. Positions are in Admissions Office and located at the Student Support Services Center directly north of the Pit. Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
