Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair aerial telecommunications lines and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to safely work at heights.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; in telecommunications preferred.
- Proven experience as a lineman or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate aerial lift equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
